CALL FOR PAPERS

The Scientific Committee of the 4th biennial South African Veterinary and Paraveterinary Congress welcomes the submission of both research abstracts and continuing professional development papers.

Abstracts must not exceed 500 words and papers must be limited to 2500 words.

The deadline for submission is 11th January 2008.

Notification wil be sent out by 29 February 2008 whether the paper has been accepted.

Manuscript requirements:

Software:	MS Word file compatible with Windows 98 or 2000, or XP.
Language:	English.
Font:	Arial 10 point.
Line 1:	Title centred in BLOCK CAPITALS (bold).
Line 2:	Name (surname followed by initials). Qualifications. Physical and Email address (left justified).
Spacing:	Single spacing in and between paragraphs.
Margins:	2 cms.
Text:	Fully justified.
References:	In the style of the Journal of the South African Veterinary Association, with the reference number as a superscript in the text.

Full papers can be organised according to individual preference, but should include an abstract of no more than 200 words as well as a short list of recommended reading.

Maximum number of words:

2500 for papers.
500 for abstracts.
