Members:

This registration is available to any delegate who is a member of the South African Veterinary Association, The Veterinary Nurse Association or the South African Association for Veterinary Technologists. The name of the association and the membership number must be shown on the registration form.

Non-members:

Applies to any delegate who is not a member of the SAVA,VNASA or SAAVT.

Students:

Student registration is available only to full time pre-graduated students (post -doctoral students excluded). A copy of the student identification card (with photo) evidencing full time student status must be provided otherwise full registration fees will apply.

The 4 day congress registration fee includes:

• Access to the congress plenary meeting and opening session and all parallel sessions

NB: The NVCG pre-congress day registration is not included

CANCELATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the SA Veterinary & Paraveterinary Congress Secretariat in writing. The total amount less 10% for administrative expenses will be refunded for cancellations received up to 30 March 2008. A 50% refund will be given for written cancellations received after 30 March 2008 and up to 30 May 2008.
