Notice of Postponement of the SAVA Congress

It is with regret that we inform you that the SAVA Congress, originally scheduled to take place from 13 to 15 April 2027, has been postponed until further notice.

This decision was not made lightly and follows careful consideration of the circumstances affecting the successful hosting of the event. While we recognise the importance of the Congress as a key professional and social gathering for our veterinary community, the current economic climate and the limited time remaining to secure the level of participation required for a successful event have made postponement the most prudent option.

This decision also reflects SAVA’s commitment to the responsible stewardship of the Association’s resources. As custodians of the funds entrusted to us by our members, we have a duty to ensure that significant investments are made responsibly and that all events deliver meaningful value while remaining financially sustainable.

SAVA remains committed to delivering a congress that meets the high standards expected by our members. We will provide further information regarding revised dates and arrangements as soon as they become available.
